Education Program Opportunities
for Adult and Student Educators
The Museum's education program curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning for students focusing on various aspects of Delaware agriculture (dairy, poultry, produce) technology (farm machinery and farming techniques) and rural life. The programs are presented within our main exhibit hall as well as a number of the historic buildings in our historic Delaware Village.
Volunteer educators not only have the opportunity to teach others, they also gain valuable instructional and public speaking skills that will aid in advancing their personal and career goals.
No prior experience needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to help others!!
