Join us for the Delaware Agricultural Museum & Village’s beloved annual Fall Craft Show on
Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This outdoor event will take place in our scenic 1890s Historic Village and offers vendors a charming and lively space to showcase their work.
Vendor Details
- Fee: $65.00 per 10’ x 10’ space
- Registration Period: Now through Saturday, September 7, 2025 (or until full)
- Space Assignment: First come, first served (based on date payment is received)
- Refunds: Refunded only in case of weather or cancellation. Please allow 5 business days to process.
Craft Show Schedule
- Show Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Vendor Set-Up: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- Note: Gate closes at 9:30 AM. Late arrivals will not be permitted or refunded.
Admission
Guests pay a $5.00 admission fee. All proceeds benefit the Delaware Agricultural Museum and support our mission to promote agricultural education, cultural heritage, and community engagement.
Vendor Guidelines
- Fees are non-refundable except for weather/cancellation
- Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and chairs
- No water or electrical hookups available
- Unload at assigned space, then park in designated vendor lot
- No early departures – vendors must stay until 3:00 PM
- Only one representative per direct sales company permitted
- Completed Vendor Application is required for participation
