Farmer's Christmas - Vendor Opportunities - November 30, 2024
The Museum's annual Farmer's Christmas celebration is a "rain or shine event" scheduled to take place in our main museum and historic Delaware village. The Great Hall of the Museum will have indoor space for 18 vendors. Vendor spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve, basis which is determined by the date we receive your application and space rental fee.
Event Hours:
The event opens to the public at 10:00am, Saturday, November 30, 2024, and ends at 5:00pm.
Event Admission:
There is a $6.00 admission fee for persons (age 6 and over) attending the show. All proceeds from admission fees go to the Museum, supporting our mission to:
"Promote agricultural education, awareness and an appreciation for cultural heritage which enriches the lives of the people in our community."
Vendor Spaces
• The vendor fee is $65.00 for a 10’x10’ space. Vendors renting two spaces will receive a $10.00 discount.
• Space rental fees are non-refundable – the exception being cancellation of the event due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances
• Space is allocated on a "first come" basis and will cease when all available spaces are filled.
• Vendor set-up:
- Saturday, November 30th, 2024 (7:00am - 9:30am)
- NO VENDOR ARRIVALS ARE PERMITTED AFTER 9:00am
• Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs and/or tents.
• Vendors are permitted to drive to their designated space to unload, once unloaded you must park in the designated vendor parking area. Vendors are allowed to drive back to their designated booth space beginning at 5:00pm to load.
• Vendors are required to stay for the entire event (10:00am – 5:00pm). Any vendors who leave the show before 5:00pm will not be invited back.
• Direct Sales companies cannot have more than one rep from each company at the show. In order to avoid duplication of Direct Sale vendors, it is important that all vendors complete the vendor application in its entirety.
