The Museum's Fall Craft Show will take place in our historic Delaware village. Spaces are assigned to vendors on a first come, first serve, basis which is determined by the date we receive your form and space rental fee.
Event Hours:
The show opens to the public at 10:00am, Saturday, September 21, 2024. The show closes promptly at 3:00pm.
Event Admission:
There is a $5.00 admission fee for persons attending the show. All proceeds from admission fees go to support the Museum, a 501(c)3 private, non-profit organization.
Vendor Spaces
• The vendor fee is $65.00 for a 10’x10’ space. Vendors renting two spaces will receive a $10.00 discount.
• Space rental fees are non-refundable – the exception being cancellation of the event due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. There will not be a rain date but you will receive a refund if severe weather occurs.
• Space is allocated on a "first come" basis and will cease when all available spaces are filled.
• Vendor set-up date/times:
- Saturday, September 21st (7:00am - 10:00am)
NO VENDOR ARRIVALS AFTER 9:30am on September 21st! Our gate will be locked and closed promptly at 9:30am and you will not receive a refund.
• Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs and/or tents.
• Vendors are permitted to drive to their designated space to unload, once unloaded you must park in the designated vendor parking area. Vendors are allowed to drive back to their designated booth space beginning at 3:00 pm to load.
• Vendors are required to stay for the entire show (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Any vendor who leaves the show before 3:00 PM will not be invited back.
• Direct Sales companies cannot have more than one rep from each company at the show. In order to avoid duplication of Direct Sale vendors, it is important that all vendors complete the vendor application in its entirety.
